How does Project Financing work?
First, we conclude a contract with you for the financing of the project. This is where you set the individual project milestones.
You receive the agreed items upon each milestone. This enables you to forge ahead with your project.
Once the project has been completed, you confirm this to us. This terminates the pre-financing. Also, this is where the renting contract starts to be in effect and payment of the rent instalments begins.
